Rewarding Relationships

Relationships are pivotal to Procurement Heads’ existence and we place great value on their development. The pricing structure in our Terms of Business reflects this. We also encourage collaboration through our unique referral scheme The Heads Up and are driven by the desire to build deep, long-standing partnerships. Our goal is to act as an ambassador for the individuals and teams we support.

Integrity

We’ve been doing this for a while, so by now we understand that ‘what goes around, comes around’. We’re not short-termist, focussing wholly on the value of a relationship over a deal. Whilst we’re not a one stop shop, we will be honest with you about our capabilities and when we commit, you get 110%.

Innovation

Procurement Heads is not the large corporate recruitment business that many of our competitors are. Being both small and agile enables us to respond quickly and to innovate. We are not bound by corporate bureaucracy, so can try new things to improve our offering and to meet our client’s needs. We welcome change and pride ourselves in being at the forefront of industry innovation.

People Centric

People are at the heart of our business – we don’t recruit by numbers. It’s important to us that we balance work and family life, so we actively promote flexible working.  We spend many hours at work – too many to not enjoy it.  At the heart of this should be fun: the concept of working to live rather than living to work.  That’s not to say we’re not dedicated and passionate about what we do, but it’s really important to us that we create an environment where you want to be.
