Heads Resourcing Group – Celebrating our 5th Birthday

We can’t quite believe it but Procurement Heads, along with sister company HR Heads, are about to celebrate our 5th Birthday!

To honour the event we are having a party on Thursday 4th December in our brand new offices on Gordon Road in Central Winchester.

It will be a chance to catch up with the fantastic Procurement and HR Professionals within our network, people whose relationships we truly value and who have been a part of our journey so far.

It’s a certainly a journey that has incorporated a lot of change and plenty of challenges. Since our inception we have seen the Procurement profession transform from being a savings generator to a massive growth enabler. Procurement’s ability to deliver tangible benefits across the whole business spectrum has started to become properly recognised. Contract negotiation and process innovation are just part of the success story and procurement professionals with an eye on the boardroom table are finding the career path towards their destination far smoother a result.

Now that we move into 2015 the challenge will be to promote our profession to the talent in the market, ensuring we have a pipeline of skilled people who can continue to grow and shape it as an integral business function.

A personal and tailored HR recruitment approach, an extensive and exclusive network of qualified HR professionals and job opportunities, rewarding loyalty and operating locally across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, Middlesex and Surrey  – these are the reasons why people choose to work with HR Heads – to join our world visit www.hrheads.co.uk.
