As part of ambitious growth plans we are looking to recruit a passionate, self-motivated and highly professional Office and Marketing Assistant to support our Consultants, help us grow our brands and further enhance our position as recruiters of choice across the South.

We are looking for a positive, tenacious person who demonstrates excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. The successful person will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and have the ability to create an amazing ‘first impression’ for anyone who comes into contact with our business.

Marketing Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media & Employer Brand

  • Build engagement using social media driving followers and interaction using LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, Google +, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Scheduling and organising both, HR Heads and Procurement Heads team for blog content, ensuring amount and quality delivers optimal page presence, delivering each brand to page 1 for key metrics
  • Publicising and promoting the activities of Procurement Heads and HR Heads
  • To input into opportunities, progress, levels, culture and develop the businesses message around why it’s a great place to work
  • To be pro-active in the creation and implementation of events including taking ownership of quarterly leadership forum and networking events.
  • Driving and developing partnership and collaboration with Macmillan. Maximising PR from Macmillan around our activity
  • Develop relationship with the recruiter and relevant recruiter awards ceremonies

Direct Marketing

  • Research, co-ordinate and create our thought leadership pieces, liaising with the business to ensure timely creation, completion, and circulation monthly.
  • Review and redesign, where necessary, branded customer focused material (books, CV’s, promotional material)
  • Management and co-ordination of ongoing welcome book initiative
  • Management and ongoing co-ordination of Forums and leadership events improving awareness and attendance.
  • Create imagery, documents from various channels, invites, adverts, digital jobs adverts and infographics. Build and manage relationship with Talk Design and Print
  • Developing consistent sales communications documents and messages through our database system Bond adapt (e-shots)

Office Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all the administrative processes that make up the ‘engine room’ of our business including filing, scanning, database management, stationary, post, letters
  • Be the voice and face of our business to meet and greet all visitors
  • Co-ordinate events (internal and external) and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth running
  • Check compliance and support consultants with administrative activities
  • Produce power point presentations and notes as required
  • Support Consultants with job postings, inputting keyword information on our website to maintain our SEO score and managing response
  • Communicate with business suppliers to make sure the smooth operations of the business
  • Uploading jobs onto our job boards and doing so maintaining our SEO

What we look for:

  • A Social Media, Content or Marketing related background
  • Ideally degree educated or equivalent
  • Experience in designing and leading marketing campaigns across a business
  • Strong character, holds true Heads values, driven to make things better
  • Technology smart
  • A self-starting attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership
  • Excellent internal and external relationship building skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with multi-stakeholders
  • Good IT and administration skills with knowledge of MS Office 365
  • A desire and commitment to doing things differently within a values based culture
