This leading outsourced services provider currently has an opening as Procurement Lead, supporting its largest client account in achieving tens of £million worth of savings in the next 5 years with strategic, long-term procurement strategies. This is a permanent post to be based in Hampshire and will see you manage the FM spend covering all Property and Estate areas, as well as Hard and Soft FM. The Procurement Lead is a newly created position to aid expansion, but will also provide someone with the opportunity to really shape these category areas. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end procurement process from market analysis, strategic sourcing, tender and contract management, frameworks, implementation of strategies and post review
• Building both internal and external stakeholder relationships especially to aid stakeholder onboarding
• Using your experience with OJEU regulations to procure services, ensuring you have thorough knowledge of regulations and frameworks within EU Procurement
• Initially you will not be required to manage a team, however, once in place you may be required to manage a team, so managerial experience could prove beneficial
• Prioritising and executing projects to ensure timely delivery
• Design and build strategies that provide long-term vision and savings

Key skills required:
• Communicational flare to build relationships
• You must have experience in using OJEU, a blend of both private and public sector experience would be preferred
• You must have experience in managing Facilities Management categories ideally including: Hard/Soft FM, Estates and Property
• Confident to drive forward change and get people on board
• You will be ambitious and have real determination to shape this category
